A Letter from Mike Pompeo

Dear aviation industry supporter,

Never has our industry been under such direct attack. From all angles, the EPA, FAA and the President himself seem to be doing everything they can to destroy our industry, shame our customers, impose taxes and fees and send manufacturing overseas. We cannot sit idly by and allow this to happen.

So I have decided to fight fire with fire. Our President routinely abandons logical arguments for emotional ones. He justifies abhorrent policies such as changing depreciation schedules and instituting take-off and landing fees by telling tales of personal situations. It is time he hears our stories. The media loves the story of the individual, and I want to collect those and distribute them, first to the President, and then around the country. But I need your help.

Primarily, I need your help to collect the stories. We all know they are out there. We know of the small plane that helped a member of the military get home to see the birth of a child. We know we have helped transport a life-saving organ, and we know the men and women working hard on the line have been able to create better lives for their families through the job opportunities created by the industry.
